His cross-platform background—including UKG/Kronos and ADP—makes him a key asset for clients transitioning from legacy systems or optimizing their current Workday environments. Roger has led complex global and regional Workday transformations across industries including life sciences, healthcare, manufacturing, technology, media, consumer goods, utilities, financial services, education, and government.
